For all orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday.
* We aim to deliver all Next Day Guaranteed orders on the following working day. However, due to courier limitations, some remote and rural areas of the UK may experience slightly longer delivery times.

This includes certain postcodes in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and offshore locations.

We advise our customers not to swim, bathe, or shower while wearing our jewellery and to avoid spraying perfume or chemicals over it. We recommend using a specific jewellery or lint-free cleaning cloth to gently rub the jewellery.

Our jewellery just requires a soft and gentle clean, we recommend warm soapy water with a soft cloth (please DON'T USE chemical cleaners). Once dry, finish with a gentle polish to bring that new sparkle back!
