How do I store my Life Charms jewellery?
The more you care for your jewellery, the longer it will last! To ensure they're sparkling for years to come, we recommend keeping them in a durable jewellery box.

How do I clean my Life Charms Jewellery?
We advise our customers not to swim, bathe, or shower while wearing our jewellery and to avoid spraying perfume or chemicals over it.
Our jewellery just requires a soft and gentle clean, we recommend warm soapy water with a soft cloth (please DON'T USE chemical cleaners). Once dry, finish with a gentle polish to bring that new sparkle back!

IS LIFE CHARMS JEWELLERY STERLING SILVER?
Our jewellery is hypoallergenic and made to the highest standards.
Each piece is crafted from high-quality brass, plated with a thick layer of silver or 18k gold significantly more durable than typical high-street pieces. To ensure longevity, each piece is coated with a protective finish that helps resist tarnishing, allowing your pieces to sparkle forever!
Our earrings feature sterling silver posts. Hook earrings are brass with either silver or gold plating.
Orders & PAYMENTS
How can I cancel or amend my order?
Once an order has been received, our warehouse team will start working on this right away. We're therefore unable to guarantee that cancellations can be processed. If we do catch your order in time, we will only be able to amend the delivery address, or we can cancel your order and refund your payment.
Please note: we're unable to add or remove items from an order, or combine separate orders together.
What do I do if I have an issue with my order?
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us with your order number, followed by a description of the issue and one of our lovely customer care team members will provide further assistance.
How do I send an item as a gift?
We think this is the perfect way to send a little kindness to someone! Simply untick the "Billing and Shipping Address are the same" option and enter a new address to ensure delivery heads straight to your lucky recipient.
Don't forget to add a gift bag and a gift message!
What Are My Delivery Options?
All orders are shipped FREE of charge in the UK and normally arrive in 2-3 working days. If your purchase is a gift and/or is time sensitive, we strongly advise choosing courier delivery (it will cost you £7).
Orders must be placed by 1pm (from Monday to Friday) for same day despatch guaranteed.
Do you offer a gift cards online?
Yes, we do!
Our E-Gift Cards range are from £10 - £200 and can be used on everything in our shop. E-Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please check any email addresses are correct, as we are unable to change these once your order has been placed.
