NEXT DAY / SATURDAY DELIVERY - £7:
For all orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
• EUROPE - £5 (arrives in 3-5 days)
• REST OF WORLD - £7.50 (arrives 6-7 days)

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you need to return an item, please CONTACT US with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns for earrings.

We advise our customers not to swim, bathe, or shower while wearing our jewellery and to avoid spraying perfume or chemicals over it. We recommend using a specific jewellery or lint-free cleaning cloth to gently rub the jewellery.

Our jewellery just requires a soft and gentle clean, we recommend warm soapy water with a soft cloth (please DON'T USE chemical cleaners). Once dry, finish with a gentle polish to bring that new sparkle back!
